1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive an automated email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard ground delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the contiguous United States depending on your location and the fulfillment center.

3. High-Value Delivery & Signature Confirmation

Due to the high value of marine electronics, displays, and navigation equipment, certain orders may require a direct signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the Contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for large freight or high-ticket electronics.
